This device is to detect the human movements within the protected area.
An 'intrusion' signal (also called the 'alarm signal') is generated when someone enters, moves inside, or leave the protected area.
The MD detectors have powerful self-check ability. They send reports when the battery is weak, when the covers (case) are opened, when they are removed from the install-surface, and when these problems are restored.
MD series has four models: A1, A1-P, A2, A2-P.
MD-A1 and A1-P are wireless devices with supervision function, which means they send periodic report to the security system. A1 is general motion detector while A1-P is pet-immune detector.
MD-A2 and A2-P are 2-way wireless devices with supervision function, which means they can not only send messages to, but also receive instructions from the security system. They send periodic reports to the security system, and the interval can be set by the system. A2 is general motion detector while A2-P is pet-immune detector.
This device is for indoor use when the temperature is well maintained.
This detector should be used as a peripheral device of Cuneatic wireless security system.
