Cuneatic's manufacturing force consists of 110-120 workers and 10 technicians. To enhance working efficiency and reduce daily cost, we do the raw-material incoming, the quality control, the testing, and debugging by ourselves. The labor part of the manufacturing processes, as component-mounting and assembling is finished by our long-term cooperating company, and all the procedures are under the control of cuneatic's manufacturing manager.
Our component-mounting groups include DIP lines and SMT plant.
The material management includes two sub-systems: general requirement, and the ROHS standard.
